Waivers & Assumption of Risk
Participation in activities at The Retreat Kids Club involves inherent risks. A signed liability waiver by a parent or legal guardian is required for all participating children prior to entry or participation.

Health, Safety, & Supervision
Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times unless otherwise stated for specific programs.
Children who are visibly ill or displaying symptoms of contagious illness may be denied entry for the safety of all guests. Failure to follow facility rules may result in removal without refund.
The Retreat Kids Club is not a licensed childcare or medical facility. Services provided are recreational and enrichment-based only and do not include medical care, therapy, or childcare supervision unless expressly stated for a specific program.
