Refund Policy

At The Retreat Kids Club, we understand that plans can change. Please review this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a purchase or booking, as all policies are enforced consistently.
General Policy
All purchases made through our website or in person are final unless otherwise stated. This includes, but is not limited to, open play sessions, memberships, party reservations, event bookings, and gift cards.
By completing a purchase or booking, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Open Play & Session-Based Admissions

Open play and scheduled session purchases are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, you may be eligible for a one-time reschedule or account credit, subject to availability, if notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance.

No-shows and same-day cancellations are not eligible for refunds or credits.

Cash refunds are not issued for missed sessions.
Birthday Parties & Private Events

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve party and private event dates and times.

Deposits secure your reservation and are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Remaining balances must be paid by the specified deadline prior to the event date.

Deposits may be transferred one time to a new date, subject to availability, if rescheduling is requested at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are not eligible for refunds or transfers.

If The Retreat Kids Club must cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, a reschedule or refund will be offered.
Special Events & Soft Opening Events

Tickets purchased for special events, soft openings, or limited-capacity events are non-refundable.

No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals.
Facility Closures
In the event of unexpected closures due to weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control, we will make reasonable efforts to offer credits or rescheduling options. Refunds will be issued only if required by law.
Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Gift cards do not expire unless otherwise stated.
Outside Circumstances
Refunds or credits will not be issued due to illness, personal scheduling conflicts, or failure to follow posted policies, including age requirements, supervision rules, or sock-only policies.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact The Retreat Kids Club directly with any questions or concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in the loss of booking privileges. Unauthorized or improper chargebacks may be disputed with the payment processor using this policy as supporting documentation.
